Policies

Pickup Policy

Please pickup your item(s) at the Wellspring Stratford office on Friday, May 31st, 2024 between 1pm and 4pm. If you are unable to attend to pick up your item(s) during this timeframe, please email Lisa Stacey at lisa@wellspringstratford.ca to arrange pick up or shipping of your item(s) at the winning bidders expense.

Payment Policy

All payments will be processed upon pickup of the item. We accept cash, cheque, and debit/credit. Please bring your payment along with the invoice(s).

Other Policies

There will be a staggered interval time between items closing. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to an amount you have entered. Item closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. Sniping will not be allowed with less than one second left.

Your internet speed may vary. Bid early, bid often, and use the Maximum Bidding feature.

Winning bidders are responsible for paying for the item(s) they have won.
