Pickup Policy
Pick up will be available April 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, (must be contacted to arrange a time of pickup) between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00 pm, located at 473 Sixth Concession Rd, Burford ON N0E1A0, someone will be there to assist you. Equipment will be available to load heavier/bigger items such as gates.
There is no guarantee there will be someone there to help you if you arrive without arrangements.

Payment Policy
E-transfer or cash is only form of payment.
There is a 5% Buyers Premium in effect for this sale.
Other Policies
- Items not picked up during the above times will be deemed abandoned unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The auctioneer reserves the right to re-sell any abandoned items with all expenses associated with the resale billed to the original purchaser/purchase of the abandoned item.
- Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items.

- we have added lot numbers to every item please have that available at the time of pickup for convivence.
