 Payment Policy

 You will be asked for your Credit Card information when you register as a bidder.  Your Credit Card information will not be used.  The Credit Card Merchant requires your information to verify that you are not a robot.

Payment must be made in full within 2 days after sale is completed unless other arrangements have been made. Payment can be made by Cheque, Cash, E-Transfer, Wire Transfer, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard.

There is an x% transaction fee on visa and MasterCard purchases. All items purchased online will have an x% Buyers Premium to a maximum of $xxx per item. HST will be charged and is additional to purchase price, buyer’s premium and credit card transaction on all applicable items. The auctioneer’s decision is final. If a dispute arises the Auctioneer reserves the right to have the final decision.

Please be aware that your internet speed may affect your success in bidding.  Always give yourself lots of time to submit bids.  We recommend using Maximum Bidding to ensure you are winning the bid.  Refresh your screen often.

PICKUP POLICY

Pickup is at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, xx unless otherwise noted.  Items MUST be picked up by Wednesday June 23rd. Pickup Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM (Sat, Mon, Tues & Wed). NO SUNDAY PICKUP. Loader Available to Load Equipment by appointment.

 

OTHER POLICIES

Items are available for your inspection prior to the auction date by appointment only.

 Some items may need to meet a reserve to be sold.

Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item prior to sale.

Payment must be made before pick up.  HST may apply to applicable products and attachments. All products are sold AS-WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantees.

All Sales are final and there are no refunds or returns. Be fully aware of what you are bidding on.  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to learn everything you need to know about the product.  Please contact the Seller to find out everything you need to know about their product.

ALL ONLINE BIDDING is set to have an Extended Bidding/Soft Close.   Any bids placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction will cause the auction item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased.
