Select 'Sign Up to Bid' if you plan to bid on products. Choose 'Sign Up to Host Your Own Auction' only if you want to host auctions and list items for others to bid on.

Pickup Policy

Please pickup your item(s) after the event at River Valley Golf or pick up your item(s) from the Wellspring Stratford office on Monday, September 18th, 2023 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. If you are unable to attend to pick up your item(s) at either of these times, please email Lisa Stacey at lisa@wellspringstratford.ca to arrange pick up of your item(s).

Payment Policy

All payments will be processed upon pickup of the item. We accept cash, cheque, and debit/credit. Please bring your payment along with the invoice(s).

Other Policy

There will be a staggered interval time between items closing. It is recommended that you use Maximum Bidding to help with your bidding. Maximum Bidding will allow the computer to bid for you up to an amount you have entered. Item closing time will be extended by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes. Sniping will not be allowed with less than one second left.

Your internet speed may vary. Bid early, bid often, and use the Maximum Bidding feature.

Winning bidders are responsible for paying for the item(s) they have won.
