How to Email Bidders during the Auction (Vendors Only)

  • Login and then click on the top menu heading called Auction Setup on the Home Page.

  • You will go to your Home Auction Dashboard.
  • Click on the fourth tab from the bottom, on the left, called Email Bidders.

  • Add your Subject line.
  • Add your content of the email in the Content Box.
  • Click on the one, two or all three Email User types.

Current Bidders: This email will be sent to bidders who have bid in the current auction.

Past Bidders: This email will be sent to past registrants/bidders who have not yet bid in the current auctions.

Silent Bidders: This email will be sent to bidders who have registered for this auction but have not bid yet.

 

  • We encourage you to use these tags in your email to personalize it.
[customer_name] Example: Hi [customer_name] will show as “Hi Jean”

[auction_logo] Example: The logo will show at the top or bottom of the email where ever you post this [auction_logo] [auction_url] Example: The web address to your auction will be posted where ever you post this [auction_url].
