How to Email Bidders during the Auction.
- Login and then click on the top menu heading called Auction Setup on the Home Page.
You will go to your Home Auction Dashboard.
- Click on the third tab from the bottom, on the left, called Email Bidders.
- Add your Subject line. Add your content of the email in the Content Box. Click on the one, two or all three Email User types.
Current Bidders: This email will be sent to bidders who have bid in the current auction.
Past Bidders: This email will be sent to past registrants/bidders who have not yet bid in the current auctions.
Silent Bidders: This email will be sent to bidders who have registered for this auction but have not bid yet.
- We encourage you to use these tags in your email to personalize it.
