The Leclerc Family are pioneers of the village of Rapides des Joachims with early dependents going back 150 years . Some of these ancestors were lumbermen and teamsters driving sleighs of supplies into the camps.Noel Leclerc is a modern teamster, and has been running canoe shuttles to the Dumoine, Noire and Coulonge since Bradley Air Service closed in 2002.
