The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) was established in 2003 and is a voluntary collective of four hospitals (Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital) that provides care across the continuum of acute and community-based services.

With an annual operating budget of $148 million, the corporation has over 1,100 staff represented by three unions and a non-union group, over 500 volunteers and patient partners, and a growing number of medical staff.

Pickup Policy

The winning Bidder is expected to contact the Seller as soon as the auction is over.  Payment must be received by the Seller within 3 working days of the auction ending.  Payment must be made before pickup. The winning Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs.  There may also be a charge for any dismantling of the equipment if required. Contact the Seller to make arrangements for pick up.

Payment Policy

You will be asked for your Credit Card information when you register as a bidder.  Your Credit Card information will not be used.  The Credit Card Merchant requires your information to verify that you are not a robot.

The winning Bidder is expected to contact the Seller as soon as the auction is over.  Payment must be received by the seller within 3 working days of the auction ending.  The Seller and the winning Bidder will decide on the method of payment.  Some Sellers will offer financing or accept eTransfer, Bank Draft or a Wire Transfer. HST may apply to applicable products and attachments.

Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an \'as is, where is \' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item prior to sale.

All Sales are final and there are no refunds or returns. Be fully aware of what you are bidding on.  It is the Bidder\'s responsibility to learn everything you need to know about the product.  Please contact the Seller to find out everything you need to know about their product.

ALL ONLINE BIDDING is set to have an Extended Bidding/Soft Close.   Any bids placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction will cause the auction item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased.
