Sunflowers 4 Smiles Fundraising Auction

Our family is excited to host our 2nd annual Sunflowers 4 Smiles online auction.

 We were able to have a wonderful year with our sunflower field which included our first wedding and 3 Vendors markets. Plus, so many beautiful pictures taken during our appointment sessions, which included some Nursing/Rest Homes. We also had school kids, outreach programs and The Headquarters paint jars for our bouquets. It has turned into such a wonderful community event. With all the effort from everyone we proudly donated to Ronald McDonald House and also a portion to Canadian Mental Health Windsor/Essex County.

  Again, the money raised will go toward insurance for next year. Our goal is $2000 but we are hoping to exceed that. If we do, any remaining money raised will be donated to Toys 4 Tots. Let's help as many children as possible have a wonderful Christmas.

There is a wide selection of wonderful Christmas gifts from many local businesses and dontions from generous people in our community to bid on for yourself or for that hard to buy for person on your list. Our family would like to thank everyone in advance for helping support our fundraiser. Thank you to everyone who donated to our cause. We are still accepting donations. All items will be ready for pick up on December 12 - 14th in Cottam, Ontario between 2 and 5 p.m. If unable to pick up at that time, arrangements can be made for a scheduled time. We ask that all your items be picked up or delivered by December 16. Please note that shipment is not included in the price. We will ship at the buyer's expense. We will deliver locally (Essex County) for a flat fee of $5. 

This is for our Sister Fundraiser

 Our 53 yr old sister Donna, just received the devasting diagnosis of Stage 4 Bowel Cancer. She has chosen to receive radiation and chemotherapy knowing that this treatment will only give her more time to spend with her family.

  We are holding this auction to help cover a range of costs such as gas back and forth to hospital for treatments, medical supplies and equipment. Most of all though, making sure that Donna's Quality of Life is met in every possible way as she faces this difficult time ahead of her.

 We have been so blessed by our friends and local businesses who have donated  items for this auction. Words cannot express how grateful our family is. We also want to say thank you to everyone in advance who visit this site and put forth a bid.

The auction will end on April 2@ 7 p.m. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice. Please bring your invoice and pay the total by etransfer or cash when picking up your item. All items will be ready for pick up on Sunday April 3rd in Cottam, Ontario between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. If unable to pick up at that time, arrangements can be made for a scheduled time.
