Policies

Pickup Policy

Items may be picked up between Tuesday, September 7th and Saturday, September 11th. Our hours are 9:00 - 6:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday. For larger items, if you are not able to bring the second person to help load, please call ahead so we can have someone here to assist you. All pick ups will be done through our rear entrance. If you are not able to pick up your item please call us to discuss delivery fees. 

Payment Policy

The winning bidders will have their credit card charged when the auction is complete.You may pick up your items after your credit card payment has been approved.  Items may be picked up between Tuesday September 7th to Saturday September 11th.

Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items.

Your internet speed may affect your success in bidding.  Always give yourself lots of time to submit bids and use the Maximum Bidding feature.

Other Policies

From time to time our vendors will discontinue products and or fabrics leaving us with floor model stock that needs to be sold. We are hosting this auction to sell off these floor models to make room for new styles which will be arriving shortly. All product is new and if there are any blemishes we do our best to point them out in the individual product details/pictures. All products can be viewed in person in our store from 9:00 - 6:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 5:00 on Saturday at 19 Arthur Street South, Elmira, Ontario.
