The winning bidders need to bring their invoice with them when they come to pick up their items.
Items may be picked up on Wed. Mar. 15 & Thur. 16 (10 am - 4 pm) Fri. Mar. 17 (9 am - 4 pm) & Sat. Mar. 18 (8:30 am - 12 pm)
Shipping is extra if required.
All items must be paid for and credit cards processed by March 18th even if they are not picked up by that time.
You will be asked for your credit card information when you register to bid. However, the winning bidders will not have their credit card charged. They will be emailed an invoice at the end of the auction. Please bring your invoice with you when you pick up your items and you will pay in the office before loading your winning items.
You may pay by cash, approved cheque, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Bank Draft at Bach-Run Farms. Please include invoice number if paying by e-transfer.
Credit cards will be run on Saturday Mar. 18th unless other arrangements have been made with Bach-Run Farms.
After the auction is over, you can also print off your own invoice. You would login to the auction, click on the heading at the top of the page called Account, then click on Auction History. You may print or view your invoice on this screen.
HST will be charged and is additional to purchase price on all applicable items.

Time will be extended by two minutes when a bid is placed in the last two minutes even if the bidder tries to place a bid with one or less seconds left.
The auctioneers decision is final. If a dispute arises the Auctioneer and Bach-Run Farms reserves the right to have the final decision.
